DreamMatch responds to this challenge by improving career guidance in vocational education and training. Through international cooperation, creative learning methods, and practical guidance tools, the project helps learners make better-informed choices about their future and supports educators in guiding them more effectively.

Menų ir dizaino mokymo centras coordinates the DreamMatch project and contributes to the development of creative learning materials and innovative career guidance tools that help young people discover their strengths and choose suitable career paths.

Latvijas Jauniešu Attīstības Centrs contributes to the project through research and needs analysis, as well as dissemination and visibility activities, helping ensure that DreamMatch reaches learners, educators, and wider communities.

OMBF works in the fields of digital skills development, entrepreneurship education, and vocational training and career guidance. Within DreamMatch, the organisation contributes to the development and production of educational short films, innovative learning materials for VET learners, and capacity building for educators.
Turkey · Partner
NEXUS works in vocational education and training, entrepreneurship and career development, and digital learning and workforce preparation. Within DreamMatch, NEXUS leads the development of the Career Escape Room scenarios, organises the international mobility activity, and supports innovative career guidance methods.
