We are delighted to present the Career Escape Room educational resources developed within the Erasmus+ DreamMatch project.

Learners and educators from Lithuania, Latvia, Romania and Türkiye worked together to create engaging activities that help young people explore their skills, strengths, values, interests and future career opportunities.

The accompanying Printable Materials Pack contains ready-to-use worksheets, cards, puzzles, answer sheets and reflection activities.

These practical resources can be used by teachers, vocational trainers, career guidance specialists and youth workers in classrooms, workshops and non-formal learning activities.

On 12 August 2026, the DreamMatch project partners held an online coordination meeting.

During the meeting, the partners reviewed the progress of the project, checked the completed tasks and materials, discussed ongoing activities and organisational matters, and agreed on the next steps, responsibilities and deadlines.

Regular coordination and joint review help ensure the quality of the project results and the smooth implementation of all planned activities.

Project partners are now preparing a new activity: a podcast series about career choices, vocational pathways, motivation, and young people’s decisions about their future.

The aim of the podcasts is to encourage learners to reflect on their experiences, share their thoughts, and speak about the challenges they face when choosing a career path.

Each partner organisation will prepare 2 podcast episodes, giving young people the opportunity to share their voices and perspectives.

At the moment, partners are preparing podcast guidelines and participant consent forms.

Following an intensive week in Turkey, the DreamMatch project is now moving into the next phase.

The three Career Escape Room scenarios developed in Iznik are now being refined and prepared for implementation.

Project partners are working together to:
• test the scenarios in real educational settings
• adapt them to different learner needs
• ensure they effectively support career decision-making for VET learners

Step by step, DreamMatch is transforming ideas into practical solutions that help young people discover their strengths and choose the right career path.

From April 13–19, within the DreamMatch project, we gathered in Iznik.

A total of 16 participants from 4 partner organizations took part in intensive training focused on developing Escape Room scenarios.

During the training, participants deepened their knowledge and worked hands-on to create scenarios, resulting in three original Escape Room games.

At the same time, the development of methodological booklets based on these games has begun.

The first key stage of the project – scenario development – has been successfully completed, laying the foundation for the main project results.

All activities were highly productive, filled with collaboration and meaningful learning experiences.

Participants from all partner countries have arrived and are ready for an inspiring week of collaboration.

Working in international teams, they will create Career Escape Room scenarios and explore career choices through interactive learning.

A week full of ideas, teamwork, and new experiences begins!

This week, we are actively preparing for an important milestone in the DreamMatch project – the international partner meeting in Turkey taking place on April 13–19.

From each partner country, 3 learners and 1 teacher will participate in this mobility.

During this meeting, participants will work together to create one of the key project results – Career Escape Room scenarios.

Throughout the week, they will:
• explore the concept of career decision-making through game-based learning
• develop 3 interactive Escape Room scenarios
• design tasks helping learners discover their strengths, interests, and abilities
• collaborate in international teams and share real experiences
• contribute to a scenario booklet that teachers will later use in classrooms

These scenarios will later be transformed into short films, making them accessible to even more learners.

This mobility is not only about creating tools – it is also about learning from each other, building confidence, and growing together.

A wrong choice is not the end.

It’s an experience that helps us understand ourselves better.

This week, learners explored:
• why people choose the “wrong” career
• how to recognize it
• what to do if you want to change direction

By sharing real experiences and stories, learners develop:
• courage to make mistakes
• confidence to rethink decisions
• motivation to find their true path

Because every mistake can bring you closer to your true calling.

When young people step outside their comfort zone, they begin to notice their strengths in action. Whether it’s solving a problem, working in a team or trying something completely new, every experience becomes a clue that helps them understand who they are and what they’re capable of.

In DreamMatch, we encourage learners to explore, experiment and reflect — because career confidence grows not from theory, but from lived moments that reveal potential.

Following the planning phase of the DreamMatch international mobility, project participants are now exploring ideas for the upcoming Career Escape Room scenarios.

Students and educators are discussing different themes and tasks that could help learners reflect on their talents, interests and potential career paths.

These preparations will help ensure that the upcoming workshop will be productive and creative.

The DreamMatch project partners have started planning the upcoming international mobility activity, which will bring together students and educators from different partner countries.

During this activity, participants will work together to develop creative learning scenarios for the Career Escape Room, an innovative educational tool designed to help VET learners explore their skills and career opportunities.

Our goal is to help VET learners better match their skills with real-world job opportunities through innovative career guidance tools, including Escape Room scenarios and short films.
